"When I see that the student understands something
for the first time, that's one of the best things about
teaching," says Debbie. Seeing her students' attitudes change
from fear to confidence is another aspect of teaching that Debbie
enjoys. Debbie says her students often comment that they are
comfortable in her classes. "I think its important to keep the
instruction at the right level for the students." Debbie is part
of the team in BSC's Division of Continuing Education, Training & Innovation and, at home,
she and her husband have their own A-team ages 12, 11, and 8.
