Bringing the Child Out and Keeping Him or Her Out
Would you like to have some fun? Not to worry, would you like to get the kid back out and keep him or her out? Would you like to laugh at your problems so you don't have any more stress? Even though we all have a little stress in our lives, laughter helps us to cope with it better so we don't get sick. Well I have the prescription for you, guess what. We need to laugh and laugh more intensely. We tend to worry a lot, but instead of worrying a lot we need to change that over to laughing a lot. Laughing a lot, boy that sounds kind of neat doesn't it? Laugh intensely, laugh, laugh, and laugh, for no reason at all. You probably say, "What, how can I simply laugh." You can, just sit down open up your mouth and start moving your body and getting that noise coming out of your mouth and before you know it you will not be faking it you will be making it and making it good. And guess what, laughing will bring out those endorphins, and if you guys know what endorphins are they are the happy drugs that will make you feel good all over. Did you know 10 minutes of laughing gives you 2 hours of pain free? How about that!!!
