BSC's Continuing Education, Training & Innovation (CETI) offers The SHRM Learning System Course for professionals interested in earning the most respected certification in the HR field.
The SHRM Learning System Course provides a solid foundation for managing the HR challenges faced in today's demanding work environment, supplies a current reference of HR practices, and strengthens individual competencies and productivity.
This program is offered in cooperation with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) as study material for the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification examinations administered by HRCI. The class is designed to provide an overview of key areas in human resource management. Materials include six modules that correspond to the six functional areas, responsibilities, and associated knowledge as defined by HRCI.

*Registration does not include PHR/SPHR exam fee. The HR Certification Institute now requires HR professionals sitting for the PHR or SPHR exams to have a combination of demonstrated work experience and education. Cancellation Policy:
If a student cancels from class one month prior to the start date, a $25 processing fee will be deducted from the amount refunded. Students must contact the BSC Continuing Education, Training & Innovation Office at least one month prior to the start of class for a refund. If a student cancels after December 14, the entire registration fee is forfeited.
