BSC National Alumni Association members
elected Mike LaLonde president and
Larry Oswald vice president at the August
annual meeting. LaLonde, ’62, worked as
BSC’s energy programs placement and assessment
coordinator in 2004-05 after retiring
from a career at Basin Electric Power
Cooperative and is a free-lance writer/photographer.
Larry Oswald, ’90, is manager of
energy programs for Montana-Dakota Utilities
Co., and Great Plains Natural Gas Co.
Carolyn (Heskin) Twingley, ’68, moved from
president to chairman of the board. She is a
BSC librarian handling serials, interlibrary
loans, and the BSC archives.
New board members are Ryan Caya, ’99,
assistant professor of energy technology
programs at BSC, and Catherine Dalzell, ’04
and ’05, marketing & technology coordinator
at the Center for Technology & Business.
