David W. Hadley

David Hadley is an experienced utility regulatory official, responsible for the Company's interaction with state regulatory personnel. He is a former commissioner for the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) and was a founding member and served on the Board of Directors for the Organization of MISO States, the regional group of state regulators in the Midwest ISO service territory.

Mr. Hadley also served on the Board of Directors for the Organization of PJM States and has served on several committees for the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners, including the Natural Gas Committee, the International Committee and the Finance and Technology Committee.

Mr. Hadley also served as Chairman of the Clean Coal and Carbon Sequestration Committee and has actively worked with developing regulatory authorities in Eastern Europe and Africa. He has spoken nationally and internationally on regulatory policy, as well as testified before the United States Senate, the National Commission on Energy Policy, the National Council of State Legislators, and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. He also was a member of the Gas Technology Institute's Public Advisory Board and served as Vice President of that organization.

Prior to being appointed to the IURC, Mr. Hadley was an executive officer at the Indiana AFL-CIO and a Business Development Specialist with the Indiana Department of Workforce Development. He has worked as a union coal miner and served as Legislative Affairs Representative for the United Mine Workers of America.

A native of Boonville, IN, Mr. Hadley earned a Master's Degree in Secondary Education from the University of Evansville, and a Bachelor's degree in Social Science Education from Indiana State University. He also received post-graduate training through the U.S. Department of Labor and the University of Southern Indiana.
