Thomas A. Erickson

Thomas A. Erickson, Associate Director for Research, received his M.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of North Dakota in 1990 and his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the same institution in 1988.

Prior to his current position at the EERC, Mr. Erickson held the positions of Senior Research Manager of Engineering and Modeling Technologies, Research Manager, Research Engineer, and Research Specialist at the same facility.

Mr. Erickson's principal areas of interest and expertise include the development of environmental technologies, gasification and combustion processes, trace element transformations, process and product modeling, statistical design and evaluation, systems engineering, and scanning electron microscopy.

In addition, he has authored or coauthored over 50 publications.
