SEX OFFENDERS REGISTRATION

Colleges and universities are required to disclose where to obtain information about registered sex offenders who are either students or employees at the institution.

Information can be obtained from the Bismarck Police Department Records Department (700 South 9th Street, Bismarck, ND 58504 or phone 701-223-1212).

Information can also be found at the State of ND Office of Attorney General Sex Offender's Web Site.
