SPINNING SPACES - SMILING FACES
Welcome to the Spinning Spaces Smiling Faces application process. We are very excited that you would like to participate!
The purpose of the Spinning Spaces-Smiling Faces is to increase retention of our employees and create a healthy work environment.
One component of a motivating work environment is the actual physical layout of an office. Whether it's an office, cubicle or even a desk in open space, research indicates there should be a high level of importance placed on helping employees foster a sense of "place" at the company. Not only is it important to assist employees in making their "space" their own, the workspace can contribute to performance and innovative thinking.
Spinning Spaces-Smiling Faces is the starting point for transforming the entire campus to visually "say" we are committed to a motivating work environment that fosters innovation. The project is more than changing one person's office; it is about changing the entire campus ambiance to align with other Bismarck State College strategies designed to instill innovation as part of the culture.
