Cass County Electric Cooperative Lineworkers Scholarship
This Scholarship was established in 1998 as part of the 1997 Willard Grager Year of the Lineman Award given in honor of the CCEC linemen for their dedication and service to the Cooperative.

Cass County Electric Cooperative has designated $1000 in scholarship funds to be awarded each year to a student (or divided between two students) who intends to further their education by obtaining an Associate in Applied Science Degree (AAS). The following criteria has been established using information from Bismarck State College: the Associate in Applied Science Degree is a 4-semester program (2 years). An Electrical Line Worker Certificate (33 credits) can be earned in 9 months with the Associate in Applied Science degree in electrical line work requiring an additional 15 credits of general education courses. Cass County Electric Cooperative strongly urges the individual that is pursuing an electrical line worker certificate to obtain their AAS degree.
