The North Dakota Rural Water Systems Association is a non-profit trade association located in Bismarck. Their mission is to educate, lead, and support their members in providing quality service to their customers.
The applicant is eligible if they receive their water from a member rural water system or is the dependent of someone who receives their water from a member water system and is enrolled in an accredited institution of higher learning approved by the North Dakota Rural Water Systems Association (NDRWSA). Applicants will be considered without regard to age, color, gender, race, creed, or country of origin.
Completed applications for the Patrick Denne Memorial Scholarship must be received no later than December 31st. The recipient will be publicly recognized at the winter EXPO of the NDRWSA (usually held in February). The full amount of the scholarship will be paid in the spring of the year upon submittal of proof of registration.
The scholarship will provide a one-time $500 award to be used to defray the costs of tuition, books, room and board at an accredited institution of higher learning approved by the North Dakota Rural Water Systems Association.
